Before a gathering can happen, someone has to build it. You would arrive around the middle of December, when Awake is still just Awake. Over the next two weeks you would help make it into something - clearing and preparing the camping area, going through storage, building seating, prefabricating decoration, helping with scheduling, and all the last-minute things that will occur.
